HISTORY: Moses' mother and grandmother attempted to throw him in the trash, but a minister saw them and stopped them. They were offered help, in order to stay together as a family, but they refused, saying they would kill him if they had to keep him. He was conceived through rape, and it was too hard for them to keep him. Tenagne has now legally adopted him as her own son.

$180 a month is required to provide for Moses' basic needs, including food, clothing, medical and housing.
